Daily Care
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the included hard box or pouch.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
If the String Breaks
Over time, the bracelet string may wear due to daily use or accidental pulling.
If this happens, don't worry! Keep all the gemstone beads safely.
You may:
- Send the bracelet back to The Lucky Stone for restringing (shipping fees are shouldered by the customer), or
- Request a replacement string and restring the bracelet yourself- string is free of charge.
Gold Hardware Warranty
Our gold hardware is made to resist tarnishing with proper care.
If the gold hardware tarnishes within one (1) year from the date of purchase, The Lucky Stone will replace the gold hardware free of charge.
Customers are only responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Loss of cubic zirconia (CZ) stones is not covered under this warranty.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Note: Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, direct sunlight, salt water, and harsh chemicals, as some gemstones and jewelry components may become damaged over time.
