Bracelet Maintenance

Keep all the gemstone beads.
You may:
- Send your bracelet to The Lucky Stone® for restringing (round-trip shipping fee is shouldered by the customer), or
- Request a FREE replacement string and restring it yourself.
Gold Hardware Warranty
Our gold hardware is designed to resist tarnishing with proper care.
✔ 1-Year Gold Hardware Warranty
If the gold hardware tarnishes within one (1) year from your purchase date, we'll replace it FREE of charge.
Customer shoulders the round-trip shipping cost.
Warranty Exclusions
- Lost cubic zirconia (CZ) stones
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
